ESR Stillwater Team Council Minutes
Wednesday, April 7, 2010
We opened the meeting with introductions and what we did over Easter. It sounded like everyone had a nice Easter.
Old Business:
Genia brought a postcard from her brother thanking us for the cards we made for his troop in Iraq. It was nice to know that the soldiers got our cards and liked them a lot!
New Business:
We read our newsletters aloud and talked about new things that have been going on at the three sites. All of the sites started new crews!
Tim T. gave his speech on safety. He talked about:
- Keep work areas clean so you don’t trip. Keep your house and room clean, too.
- Be careful getting in and out of vans.
- Watch out for cars when walking outside and stay with staff. Everyone should watch for cars!
Tim did a nice job and got a round of applause!
Next month we will be touring the White Bear Lake Fire Department. This will take place at 11:00am on Wednesday, May 5.
We talked about the Bring A Friend picnic that is coming up in June. Forest Lake suggested bringing trash bags so we can also clean up trash while we are there! We will also play games, have lunch, and meet new people.
Forest Lake will facilitate the Team Council meetings May through August.
