ESR Team Council Minutes
October 2009

Introductions were done. Each person stated their name and where they work.

Old business

Team Council met for an off-site lunch in September at Burger King. No business was conducted. There was no meeting held in October.

New business

We discussed Christmas caroling for December in Forest Lake. The plan is as follows:

• All sites will meet at the Forest Lake site at 10 a.m. on Dec. 9.

• Christmas caroling will be done at Elder Haven and Birchwood.

• Each site will make Christmas cards to bring with them and hand out at each site.

• Each site from now until Dec. 9 will collect nonperishable food items to donate to a food shelf in Forest Lake.

• Forest Lake and Stillwater will locate Christmas songs to pass to each site prior to Dec. 9.

• Forest Lake and Roxanne will contact the two sites to set the date, time and to make sure our presence is welcome.

• If time allows the group will eat a quick lunch before heading back.

Each site shared their newsletters with the group.

Stillwater gave a tour of their newly remodeled building.

Next meeting

Dec. 9, the Team Council will meet at 10 a.m. at the Forest Lake site for Christmas caroling.
