--Employees whose vocational skills match your needs are assigned to your business, along with an experienced job coach who works alongside the crew to provide training, ongoing support and daily work supervision.

--We meed with you to listen and fully understand your needs in order to ensure the right match between your business and the ESR consumer.
--We share information on the job candidate's vocational strengths and their goals.
--We provide a support team, including an employment specialist and job coach, who come to your place of business to help the new employee transition into their job and learn to complete their duties up to your specifications.
--We provide education and trianing for your staff, if requested, to help everyone learn more about one another.
--We provide ongoing supervision and follow-up for the ESR-supported employee and serve as a resource in order to ensure you and your new employee are satisfied with the placement.
