ESR consumers play a role in the business community by labeling, packaging, sorting, assembling and more in one of our three community program sites in Cottage Grove, Forest Lake and Stillwater.
Under the supervision of ESR staff, consumers who want to work receive the support they need to be successful in completing the tasks required for the job. These in-house jobs help consumers gain basic work skills, experience a work routine, and develop an appreciation for a job well done in a supported environment that is suited to their unique needs.
ESR staff works side-by-side with consumers to ensure the work progresses smoothly, that it exceeds quality standards required for the job, and that it is completed on time.
